Preaching on Terri Schiavo
Terri Schiavo should not be executed. It is an indictment of the most awful kind to condemn a person to death for the sake of expediency. In her article, Catez makes a disturbing parallel to the beginning of euthanasia in Nazi Germany.
As I've said before, I try to avoid politics or any issues that might divide sincere, faithful Christians. But is there really another side to this story? For Christians is there any justification to allow Ms. Schiavo's adulterous husband to force her to be killed?
Update: Praise God that our prayers have been answered, at least for now, on keeping Terri alive. Let's not give up speaking up or praying up about Terri.

Good stuff Milton, glad to have you back, I missed your posts!
God bless you and yours,
John
Great post, Brother. Even from a legal standpoint, Terry Schiavo is not getting a fair shake. To quote David Gibbs, attorney for Terry's mom and dad, "I don't believe Terri has had due process. She's never been to court. The judge that's made these rulings has never seen her. She's never had independent counsel and I think that if Ted Bundy, as a mass murderer gets lawyer and get access to court, Terri Schiavo as a disabled lady should get the same."
Keep your posts coming, Brother. God bless you and your loved ones.

Thanks, John. Good to have you back, too.
Soldado: Thanks for your comments, and thanks for posting about Terry at your blog. Peace.
Good post Milton. And more good news today - though I'd like to see long-term good news. You are right about needing to pray. Thanks.
Catez: In addition to praying for Terry, I'm praying that you'll be encouraged in your work in getting the word out on her.
