Good news for the spiritually bankrupt

Can you relate to these sentiments at Letters from Kamp Krusty:
You know that feeling, when God is right there, this close, and you can just feel His loving arms around you, and you can literally hear His voice, whispering in your ear, telling you how much He loves you?

I don't.
Me, either. I recommend reading the whole post (and tip my hat to In the Clearing for the link).

i do not doubt that God can relate to each of us in a different way.

Yes. I'm truly happy, and perhaps a little envious, for those who have tangible experiences of God's presence. But I don't generally experience God in that way, and neither do many other Christians. I like the Letters from Kamp Krusty post because it encourages those who don't have these almost physical experiences that God still loves us and is with us, however we may feel.

i do not know about everyone else's experiences...but, i assume that these can change over one's lifetime. but, i do believe that everyone that knows they are a sinner and needs Jesus the Son of God, will one day experience God in a very tangible way.
