when i was very young it was all about playing, i think that praying brings back a lot of that feeling of contentedness which i think is part of the armor of the battle, for i think that being in that relationship with our maker is the kind of battle this is. it is not a battle that is like the kind that we see here on earth. the world in not the only place the battle is being fought. and it is a spiritual battle. play and battle are human experiences. battle and armor are words used to inform our minds that the relationship with God is a life and death matter and the kind of things we need to have life are all things that God gives to us as we have a relationship with Him in Jesus the Christ.
