Lord and Savior

Steve Williamson: "How easy it is to follow Jesus as teacher and avoid him as savior! . . . . Am I thinking [that] deep in my soul the more I do the more difficulty God will have casting me off in the last day? Or, am I trusting Jesus’ resume because I know He is my only hope? Am I a good person or am I a gospel person?"

In my own writing I once in a while write something good. It's rare, but it happens to all of us. Here's a sentence in a post I recently wrote that I think is noteworthy-

The eyes set on what is lacking will never be thankful for what is given.

thanks for all the posts you enter, they help me. I use some of them in my own thoughts as I process what I see. thanks for your blog.

You're welcome. Thanks, too, Mike for your kind words about this blog. And you're exactly right about your own sentence. That's a good 'un!
