Ordinarily I don't like the concept of "marketing" the faith. The Word of God, I believe, has power to change lives that are ready to receive it. Stephen at ChristWeb, however, writes well about marketing as a means of
overcoming the gap between Christian and non-Christian perceptions:
When talking with non-Christians we have to realize there exists a gulf between us. We are looking out into their world from our warm, secure life in Christ. They are looking at us through the rose-colored glass of sin. To us, we cannot fathom why they don't see the error of their ways and repent. To a non-Christian we seem like goodie-two-shoes that lead boring lives filled with prayer meetings and sermons.
Stephen is planning a series on marketing the faith. After today's beginning, I plan to read more.

Bro .Milton,
I think you are right on track. I have mention the topic of how Non-Christians perceive us believers, all too often we are perceived as mindless drones with a very dull life. The first thing we must remember as friend of Jesus Christ is that we are walking testimonies! Non- believers are going to watch every move we make and watch for slip up or watch to see if we have joyous life. The day that we accepted Christ into our lives, we also took on the responsibilities of being a spokesman for Christianity and Jesus Christ himself. This is why it is important that we study the Word of god, Have a strong Prayer life and fellowship with other Christians so that we can “Market how great it is to be a Christian!
God Bless You!

Thanks for the comments, Rick, and thanks for stopping by! Peace.
Hey Milton,
You mentioned a church of Christ aggregator on my blog page. This may show my ignorance, but what is an aggregator?
Gilbert: An aggregator goes out, reads the web posts of each member, and posts them on a single page. It's a good way to keep up with what the members--linked by a common interest--are saying without having to go out and hit each page every time you want to look.
For examples of aggregators, look down the right side of my web page. About halfway down is a section called "BLOG DIRECTORIES." There are links to three aggregators in that section. So far we have 9 or 10 blogs in the CoC aggregator. Please e-mail me at the address shown in my profile if you want to join. Peace.
